How up to date is the database?

We have real-time access to multiple global databases so our information is up to date, so any checks we process have the latest relevent information

 

What information can we tell you?

We are able to share with you whether the IMEI is currently blocked, stolen or flagged of interest to Law Enforcement Agency’s. Trade clients are able to gain more detail on their checks, for example which Operator has blocked a device and when. (This extra information is not available to general public clients)

Can I get a certificate with my checks?

Yes, we automatically generate you a certificate for every check you do, this will arrive as a pdf to your email, and also be available for download within your account archive

 

What do I get with the free trial?

Simply sign up here and we will give you 10 FREE Credits on the Pay As You Go tariff to use with our MobiCHECK service. If you want more credits you can top your account up by selecting the TOP UP Menu within your account. Contact Us if you wish to change to a subscription tariff
